Alugastrin is neutralizes excess acid in gastric juice.
The active substance is sodium carbonate. Other ingredients are potato starch, carmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, peppermint flavor, sodium saccharin.
Adults and children over 6 years: chew 1-2 tablets an hour after meals and at bedtime or in the event of problems.

The following may occur: chalky taste, mild constipation, stomach cramps. Rarely may experience nausea or vomiting, whitish coloration of faeces.
